निर्देश : पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए ।
Instructions : Attempt any three out of five questions.
१. (क) समंजन की क्रियाविधि, प्रक्षेत्र और आयाम का वर्णन कीजिए । आरेख बनाइए । ५
(ख) रेटिनोस्कोपी के सिद्धान्त व क्रियाविधि का वर्णन कीजिए । आरेख बनाइए । ५
(a) Describe the mechanism, range and amplitude of accommodation.Draw diagrams.
(b) Describe the principle and methodology of retinoscopy. Draw diagrams.
(ख) रेटिनोस्कोपी के सिद्धान्त व क्रियाविधि का वर्णन कीजिए । आरेख बनाइए । ५

२. निम्नलिखित का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए :
(क) विकिरणों के प्रकार, इनके आँख पर प‹डने वाले प्रभाव और उनकी रोकथाम । ५
(ख) सॉफ्ट कॉन्टेक्ट (संस्पर्श) लेन्स के उपयोग के संकेत व सावधानियाँ । ५

(b) Indications and precautions for the use of soft contact lens.
३. निम्नलिखित का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए :
(क) द्विफोकसी लेन्सों के प्रकार और इनकी समेकन विधियाँ । आरेख बनाइए । ५
(ख) अभिसरण की मापन विधियाँ व इसकी कमी के उपचार । ५

(a) Types of bifocal lenses and their fusing process. Draw diagrams.
(b) Methods for measurement of convergence and treatment of its insufficiency.
४. निम्नलिखित का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए :
(क) भारत में दृष्टिबाधिता व अन्धता के कारण व इनकी रोकथाम के उपाय । ५
(ख) हाइपरमेट्रोपिया (दीर्घ दृष्टि) के प्रकार व इसके उपचार के सिद्धान्त । ५

(b) Types of hypermetropia and principle of their treatment.
५. निम्नलिखित पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणियाँ लिखिए :

(ख) रो पेशी घातक (साइक्लोप्लेजिक) औषधियाँ व इनके उपयोग ५
