Notice to candidates

In response to two advertisements published in Employment news (weekly) dated 29^th August – 4^th September, 2009 and dated 12^th-18^th September, 2009, the written examination for filling up of following vacancies in KVS through direct recruitment for the year 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 will be held as per following schedule

Post graduate teacher, date of examination: 29.01.2010

Trained graduate teacher, librarian, drawing, WET and PET, date of examination: 30.10.2010

Primary and music teacher, date of examination: 31.01.2010

The list of eligible candidates and list of in-eligible candidates (alpha-wise) is available on KVS’s website

Provisional admit cards have been dispatched through registered post to all the eligible candidates. In case of non-receipt of admit card by 25^th January, 2010, the eligible candidates may download/print the e-admit card from KVS website www.kvsangathan.nic.in or www.examaid.in. The candidate possessing e-admit card will also be allowed to appear for the examination

A facilitation counter shall be functional in each of the city of examination to address the concerns of the candidates and issuance of admit cards. The address and scheduled of functioning of facilitation counter in each of the city of examination is available on the KVS’s website. The admit cards will be issued to the candidates from the facilitation counter between 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. only in the following cases

(i) The candidates whose name appear in the list of in-eligible candidates on KVS’s website wherein reasons of rejection have also been mentioned and who are of the opinion that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions as prescribed in the above referred employment news, such candidates may visit facilitation counter and bring two passport size photographs, documentary evidence(s) towards their eligibility. Those candidates who meet the specified eligibility criteria to the satisfaction of officials at facilitation counter will only be issued new admit card

(ii) The candidates who have been found to be in-eligible due to non-submission of requisite fee by way of demand draft/electronic transfer, such candidates may visit facilitation counter and bring duplicate demand draft of the same date and same branch or a copy of electronic transfer challan attached with their application along with two passport size photographs and acknowledgement card

The candidates are advised to frequently visit KVS website www.kvsangathan.nic.in and www.examaid.in for latest information in respect of the afore-mentioned recruitment exercise

Note: The examination for the post of PET and Drawing teacher for the recruitment year 2010-2011 published in employment news dated 12^th-18^th September, 2009 and the examination in respect of filling up the SC/ST of backlog vacancies for teaching posts for the year 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 published in employment news dated 19-25 September, 2009 is being held separately.
