The Dr. GB Scholarships Foundation:
Recognizing the need for social connect with the future technology generation KGISL has instituted, as its first endeavor, a sponsored Scholarship for budding talent in Information Technology education. The scholarship purports to identify deserving bright candidates who intend to pursue an IT career and support their education with a one-time scholarship of Rs. 25000/- towards furthering their opportunity in quality IT Education.

Students currently in the final year of undergraduate education, in programmes that will qualify them for admission to post-graduate education in Computer Applications / Information Technology (BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B Com, B.Sc. Mathematics, etc.) Students who have consistently maintained a good academic record in the UG programme (60% and above average grades / Nil arrears ) Students who specifically intend to get admission at one of the recognized institutions for Postgraduate education in Information Technology / Computer Applications.

Qualifying candidates should be nominated by the Head of the Institution, the student is currently studying, in the prescribed application form (available with the head of the institution / to be downloaded from our website) and forward his application through the institution to the foundation. Each Institution can nominate a maximum of 10 such students for the consideration of the foundation to the scholarship.
