AIEEE Online Examination 2012

For 11th AIEEE to be held in 2012 , the CBSE has made several changes in the examination system for benefit of students community at large. The changes are as follows. The 11th AIEEE (Offline Examination i.e. Paper/Pen Test) will be held on 29th April, 2012 in the following cities:

After the success of Online Exam on pilot basis last year, and to give flexible schedule of examination, the Board has also decided to conduct Online Examination only (i.e. CBT Mode) w.e.f. 7th – 25th May, 2012 in the following 22 cities :

  • Vishakhapatnam
  • Chandigarh/Mohali/Pachkula
  • Delhi/NCR except Faridabad
  • Ahemdabad
  • Bangaluru
  • Eranakulam
  • Trivandrum
  • Bhopal
  • Mumbai
  • Jalandhar
  • Jaipur
  • Chennai
  • Dehradun
  • Lucknow
  • Noida
  • Kolkata
  • Allahabad
  • Bhubaneshwar
  • Kota
  • Nagpur

Due to high demand from the large student community of Kota from the State of Rajasthan, this year, Kota has also been made examination centre for online examination. The examinees who will appear in online examination will be given concession of Rs.150/- to Rs.300/- in examination fees. The candidates who wish to appear in the cities notified for online examination may acquaint themselves about the online examination. A mock test software will also be uploaded on CBSE Website in Dec 2011 for the purpose of practice by the examinees.

In order to have wider availability of application forms, this year, CBSE has decided to accept application for examination through online mode only and no physical form will be sold. This has been done to ensure availability of forms through CBSE/AIEEE Website at all places and without any time restriction i.e. available through out the day on 24x7 basis. The fee of examination will be accepted through CREDIT/DEBIT Cards or Demand Drafts. To facilitate the students for filling online application, a facilitation centre will be opened in each and every city from where physical forms were being sold in past.
