Job Details : Applications are invited by State Project Director, RMSA under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Financial Assistance of Language teacher (Hindi Teacher for all Districts and Urdu Teacher for only District Sangrur of Punjab :
Designation : Hindi Teacher at Secondary level

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university with Hindi as one of the elective subject in all the three years of Graduation and B.Ed.with Hindi as one of the teaching subject.

10+2 From recognized Board / University With Urdu as First Language and medium of Instructions for all subjects.
Two year Diploma in teaching of urdu
Designation : Upper Primary Urdu Teacher

Educational Qualification : Graduate from a recognized university with Urdu as one of the elective subject in all the three years of Graduation and B.Ed.with Urdu as one of the teaching subject.

Educational Qualification : Post Graduation from a recognized university with Urdu and B.Ed.with Urdu as one of the teaching subject.
Note :
- No. of Posts may increase or decrease
- It is clarified that for the post of Urdu Teacher, only those candidates need to apply whose medium of instructions has been Urdu at 10+2 / Graduate or Post Graduate Level in all subjects.
Mode of Selection :
The selection will be strictly on merit basis. The merit will be prepared as under :-
(i) Hindi / Urdu (Upper Primary):-
The Percentage obtained in Graduation and B. Ed shall be added together.
Candidates possessing Higher Qualification in relevant subject will be awarded additional marks as under:-
Max. 08 Marks
1st Division 08 Marks
2nd Division 06 Marks
3rd Division 04 Marks
Mode of Selection :
The selection will be strictly on merit basis. The merit will be prepared as under :-
(i) Urdu (Primary Teacher):-
The Percentage obtained in 10+2 and 2 years diploma shall be added together.
Candidates possessing Higher Qualification in relevant subject will be awarded additional marks as under:-
Max. 08 Marks
Ist Division 08 Marks
2nd Division 06 Marks
3rd Division 04 Marks
Experience : One mark for each completed year and 0.5 marks for experience of more than six months but less than one year. No credit will be given to less than six months experience. Only that experience will be counted which is from a Govt. School and Govt Aided School only, The experience certificate should be countersigned by the concerned District Education Officers/Competent Authority. The Experience should be considered only after completion of B.Ed and needs to be as Upper Primary Teacher and for the post of Primary teacher, the experience should be considered after completion of Two year Diploma in teaching and needs to be as primary teacher.
Terms & Conditions :
All posts are offered on purely contractual basis initially for 1 year but the same may be renewed on the basis of performance and attainments of candidates every year and also whether the sanction of these posts is continued by PAB for subsequent years or not
Only those candidates who have passed Punjabi subject in Matriculation or above are eligible to apply.
Educational qualification must be from a recognized University/ Board.
Appointment shall be made in the ratio 50: 50 between male and female candidates
Age Limit: Between 18 and 42 years as on 1st Jan. 2010. (01.01.2010). Age relaxation as per the rules of Punjab Government.
Reservation will be as per applicable law & Punjab Govt. policy guidelines.
Please clearly specify preference of School for Posting. School once allotted will not be changed. However unmarried girls consequent upon their marriage will be given one opportunity for change of their schools / Districts, but subject to the vacancy at the desired location.
The allotment of preferred School / District will be subject to the availability of post.
RMSA reserves its right to allot any School to the candidate with and the candidate will not have any right to claim.
Candidates applying for post must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions. If, on verification, at any time before or after appointment it is found that, they do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions or it is found that the information furnished is false or incorrect, their candidature will be cancelled.
The candidate so appointed may resign at a notice of 3 months to the department / RMSA Punjab. In case of immediate resignation he / she would have to deposit 3 months salary.
Candidate if selected shall not be entitled to any kind of pension / contributory pension benefits
The candidate applying for more than one post / category shall have to apply separately, along with necessary fees
General Instructions :
Candidates have to mention their Mode of Education whether Regular / Correspondence / Private.
The candidates have to apply only on-line on web-site www.cdacmohali.in. from 14-01-2010 to 04.02.2010 up to 5:00 PM. Application Fee Rs. 250/- for General Category and Rs. 125/- for Scheduled Caste Candidate in the Name of Sate Project Director, RMSA in Saving Account No. 65076743127 [Application Fee Account] with any branches of STATE BANK OF PATIALA acrossPunjab or Chandigarh.
Applicant will have to submit the following documents for verification at the time of counseling:
(a) Date of Birth (b) Educational Qualifications (c) Professional Qualification (d) Details of Marks (e) Experience Certificate. (f) Proof of Punjabi. (g) Latest residence proof (h) Proof of Category to which the candidate belongs (as per the latestPunjab Government reservation policy) (i) Two Passport size photographs. (h) Bank receipt as a proof of deposit of the application fee
Submission of Application : The candidates have to apply only on-line on web-site www.cdacmohali.in. from 14-1-2010 to 04.02.2010 up to 5:00 p.m. and generate his/her application number. Once his/her application number is generated, he/she should get the print of the form, paste recent photograph on it and get it attested from a notary or a Gazetted officer. This allotted registration number slip will be used as identification slip at the time of written test, interview and also counseling, if called for. Candidates need not send any application/Documents by Post.
(ii) Applicant will be allotted online Registration Number printed on the acknowledgement slip containing the details.
(iii) Thereafter the candidate shall have to report to the designated banker (State Bank of Patiala) along with the downloaded Acknowledgement Slip Fee Challan for depositing the fee.
(iv) In case the candidate fails to deposit the fee, his/her application shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing.
(v) Candidates may apply for more than one post by submitting separate application for each post along with separate processing fee.

(vii) Only On-line registered application forms will be entertained i.e. application sent by post / in person will not be entertained.

(ix) Candidate having been called for counseling will not confer any right to appointment.
