• इस प्रश्न-पत्र को प‹ढने के लिए १५ मिनट का समय दिया गया है । प्रश्न-पत्र का वितरण पूर्वाङ्घ में १०.१५ बजे किया जाएगा । १०.१५ बजे से १०.३० बजे तक छात्र केवल प्रश्न-पत्र को प‹ढेंगे और इस अवधि के दौरान वे उत्तर-पुस्तिका पर कोई उत्तर नहीं लिखेंगे ।

FIRST AID & EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE

१. सामान्य प्रकार की स्वास्थ्य आकस्मिकताओं को सूचीबद्ध कीजिए एवं किसी भी प्रकार की स्वास्थ्य आकस्मिकता के लिए प्राथमिक चिकित्सक की तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया का वर्णन कीजिए । ५
List the common types of health emergencies and describe the immediate response of a first aider for any health emergency.
२. प्राथमिक चिकित्सा बैग की विषय-वस्तुओं को सूचीबद्ध कीजिए । ४
List the contents of a first aid bag.
३. किसी स‹डक दुर्घटना के रोगी के रक्तनियंत्रण के लिए आप क्या प्राथमिक चिकित्सा देखभाल प्रदान करेंगे ? समझाइए । ४

Explain the first aid care you will give to control bleeding for a road accident victim..
४. हड्डी टूटे व्यक्ति की सहायता के लक्ष्यों की सूची बनाइए । चोटिल भाग को आप कैसे गतिहीन करेंगे ? ५
List the aims of assisting a person with fracture. How will you immobilize the injured part ?
५. खपच्चियों (स्प्लिंट्स) के प्रकार समझाइए एवं प्रभावी उन्नत (इम्प्रोवाइμज्ड) खपच्चियों की विशेषताओं का वर्णन कीजिए । ५
Explain the types of splints and describe the characteristics of effective improvised splints.
६. जलन की सीमा मूल्यांकन के नौ (९) के नियम की व्याख्या कीजिए । ५
Explain rule of nine (9) for assessing the extent of burns.
७. वर्णन कीजिए कि आप उस व्यक्ति को क्या प्राथमिक चिकित्सा देखभाल देंगे जिसे मिरगी का दौरा प‹ड रहा हो । ५
Describe the first aid care you will give to a person having epileptic fits.
८. सदमा (आघात) के चिङ्घों एवं लक्षणों को सूचीबद्ध कीजिए । किसी एक प्रकार के आघात हेतु प्राथमिक चिकित्सा देखभाल समझाइए । ५
List the signs and symptoms of shock. Explain the first aid care of any one type of shock.
