OPTICS (Theory)

निर्देश : पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए ।
Instructions : Attempt any three out of five questions.
१. (i) उत्तल लेन्सों की प्रकाशिकीय प्रतिबिम्ब-विधान का वर्णन कीजिए । आरेख बनाइए । ५
(ii) चश्मों के लेन्सों के स्थिति अन्तरण के सिद्धान्त व क्रियाविधि एवं उसके लाभों का वर्णन कीजिए । ५
(i) Describe the optical imagery of convex lenses. Draw diagrams.
(ii) Describe the principle and method of transposition in spectacle lenses and its advantages.
(ii) चश्मों के लेन्सों के स्थिति अन्तरण के सिद्धान्त व क्रियाविधि एवं उसके लाभों का वर्णन कीजिए । ५
(i) Describe the optical imagery of convex lenses. Draw diagrams.
(ii) Describe the principle and method of transposition in spectacle lenses and its advantages.
२. निम्नलिखित का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए :
(i) आँख के प्रकाशिकीय माध्यम । ५
(ii) मोटे शीशों में गोलीय विपथन व इसके हटाने की विधियाँ । ५
Describe the following briefly :
(i) Optical media of the eye.
(ii) Spherical aberration in a thick glass and the methods to remove it.
३. निम्नलिखित का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए :
(i) संरक्षी शीशों (चश्मों) के प्रकार व प्रत्येक के लाभ । ५
(ii) एस्टिग्मेटिज्म (दृष्टि वैषम्य) के प्रकार व इसके उपचार । ५
Describe the following briefly :
(i) Types of protective glasses and advantages of each.
(ii) Types of astigmatism and its treatment.
४. निम्नलिखित का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए :
(i) चश्मों के लेन्स बनाने की घिसाई की मशीनें, यंत्र व सामग्री । ५
(ii) चश्मों के लेन्स के प्रकार व पदार्थ । ५
Describe the following briefly :
(i) Grinding machines, tools and materials for making spectacle lens.
(ii) Types and material of spectacle lens.
५. निम्नलिखित पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणियाँ लिखिए :
(i) चश्मों के लेन्स की क्षमता मापन की विधियाँ व इनके लिए उपकरण । ५
(ii) बहुफोकसी लेन्सों के सिद्धान्त, इनके प्रकार व लाभ । ५
Write short notes on the following :
(i) Methods to measure the power of spectacle lens and equipments
for these.
(ii) Principle of multifocal lenses, types and advantages.
(i) चश्मों के लेन्स की क्षमता मापन की विधियाँ व इनके लिए उपकरण । ५
(ii) बहुफोकसी लेन्सों के सिद्धान्त, इनके प्रकार व लाभ । ५
Write short notes on the following :
