Re-Structuring Of CBSE Affiliation Systems

Why The Restructure?

The main aim for the restructuring has been to improve ease of business, in line with the policy of “minimum government, maximum governance”. The transparency offered by an automated data-driven system brings more accountability to it. This will also make the procedure more systemic and allow the resolution of all applications effectively with time-bound disposal.

Requirements For Submission For Application

All documents mentioned in the by-laws must be in place during the submission of the application.

  • To begin with, applicants must procure digital signatures of the school from authorized service providers or AADHAR based signatures.
  • Documents like No Objection Certificate, Recognition Certificate, Society/Trust/Company Registration, Land Certificate, and Safety Certificate must be duly uploaded to https://www.cbseaff.nic.in.
  • DEO certificate signed by the District Education Officer, or self-certified, duly signed by the Principal and Manager of the school, and countersigned by the authorized signatory of the Society/Trust/Company.

Once submitted, the application will be analyzed by the system as per the rules of the Affiliation by-laws and the school will be inspected by a committee formed. A letter will be communicating details.

More detailed documentation of the process, along with guidelines, videos of the process, etc. will soon be uploaded to the official CBSE website.

Why Choose CBSE Affiliation For Your School?

Digitally Equipped Classrooms Are The New Norm

The Central Board of Secondary Education is a PAN India entity with over 24,000 schools spread across the country and another 240 schools outside of India as well. For parents who get transferred often within the country or even outside, choosing a CBSE school is a necessity. This is one of the key reasons for the popularity of CBSE schools.

Another key reason is the NCERT based curriculum which has been developed with great care by the National Council of Educational Research and Training. Parents who want to give their children a competitive edge will always choose a curriculum that is not only designed meticulously but also is always updating itself with the times.

Moreover, the CBSE curriculum is not constricting and allows schools to choose from as many as 211 subjects. Students always have the flexibility to choose a subject they are most comfortable with and interested in. CBSE takes pride in providing overall growth to its students.
