The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi, has decided to start with the grading system for all classes from the coming academic session (2009-2010). This was announced by Vineet Joshi, secretary of the CBSE, who is all set to succeed Ashok Ganguly as the new chairman of the board.
