(Information) IIT JEE 2008 Cutoffs

IIT JEE 2008 Cutoffs

Introduction:

Indian Institute of Technology is a collective name for a group of colleges. There is no doubt on the fact that IITs are the most esteemed colleges in the country and they are also recognized abroad. IITs rank among the top 50 colleges in the world. All these facts are enough to give you the hint of the level of competition to get into IITs. The cutoffs largely depend upon the difficulty of the questions and the admission into IITs is governed by the overall and sectional cutoff factor.

However this year the level of questions was tougher and the cutoff is expected to drop a bit, so don’t expect any drastic fall. Given below is the cutoff of 2007 so that you can gauge your performance.
