There will be one written paper of three hours duration carrying 80 marks and
Internal Assessment of 20 marks.
The paper will be divided into two sections, A and B.
Section A will consist of a number of questions covering the entire syllabus.
The candidates are to attempt three questions.
Section B will consist of questions which will require detailed answers.
There will be a choice and candidates will be required to answer two questions
in all from this section.

1. Stakeholders in commercial organisations
(a) Distinction between stakeholders and customers. Explain
all the six stakeholders of a firm - shareholder, creditor, supplier, employee,
government and society. It should be stressed that customer, though
very important for any firm is not a stakeholder as he does not have a stake in
the firm.
It’s official. There will be no IIT-JEE and AIEEE exams from
2013. Students will have to take the new Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) for
admissions to prestigious IITs, NITs, IIITs, deemed universities and other
centrally funded technical institutions between April and June 2013.
JEE will be held in two parts — JEE (Main) and JEE
(Advanced). More importantly, the marks secured in 10+2 board exams will play a
decisive role during final selection of students for admissions to these top
institutions, which is not the case till now.
Student studying in class IX or XII are eligible to
participate in RBIQ. Each school is requested to send only one team comprising 2
student any of these class. Each team must be escorted to the venue by a
teacher representative.

Question 1: What is an “Aptitude”? Answer: Aptitude is one’s inherent capacity, talent or ability (to do
something). It is innate or acquired capacity or ability to do something well,
especially one that can be further developed for learning and proficiency in a
specific area or discipline.
