POST RESULT CBSE ANNUAL COUNSELLING IIND PHASE FROM
23RD MAY TO 6TH JUNE 2011
The Second phase (post result) of CBSE counseling will begin
from the 23rd May and will continue upto 6th June 2011. This is the 14th
consecutive year that CBSE will be providing counseling services to students and
parents to overcome post result stress and anxiety.
The CBSE counseling is an outreach programme which is
carefully designed keeping the heterogeneity of students’ population and
geographical spread. Multiple modes of communication such as telephonic
counseling, Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) and CBSE website will be
used to reach out to more and more examinees during this phase.
1. CBSE TELE COUNSELING CBSE
started this pioneering community work 14 years back in 1998
for the first time. The highlights of CBSE Tele-counseling are:
(i) It is offered by trained counselors and Principals
from within CBSE affiliated schools located in and outside India.
(ii) It is a voluntary, free of cost service provided by the
participants.
This year 36 Principals, trained counselors from CBSE
affiliated government and private schools and few psychologist will participate
in Tele-Counseling and
