Introduction
In compliance with the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme
Court of India, the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi, has been
conducting the All India PreMedical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination since the
year 1988 exclusively for admission to the 15% of total seats in the Govt.
Medical/Dental Colleges of India as specified in the directives of the
Hon’ble Court and are governed by the rules and regulations specified for
the same by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India from
time to time.
Subsequently, with the notifications published by the Medical
Council of India and Dental Council of India amending their respective
regulations for admission to MBBS/BDS course the admission under 15% All
India Quota Seats shall be based on the merit position obtained by the
candidates in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) from the
Academic Session 2013-14.

Online Application for Obtaining Photocopy Of the Evaluated
Answer Book(s) for Main Exam 2013
RULES & MODALITIES FOR APPLYING FOR OBTAINING PHOTOCOPY OF THE EVALUATED ANSWER
BOOK(S)
I) The subject(s) in which the photocopy of the evaluated Answer-book(s) is
being requested for should be selected carefully by the candidate.
II) Request for obtaining photocopy of the evaluated answer
book(s) should be made only ONLINE at the CBSEs website www.cbse.nic.in between
31st to 38th day from the date of declaration of result of the Main Exam held in
March/April. Accordingly the dates for submission of ONLINE applications will be
26th June, 2013 to 3rd July, 2013 for Class XII and 29th June 2013 to 6th
July, 2013 for Class X. The ONLINE facility will be available from 10.00
A.M. on the day of opening and upto 5.00 P.M. on the closing day.
III) After filling up the application form, a confirmation
page will be generated through the website. The confirmation page alongwith the
requisite enclosures and fee should reach the Board’s Regional Office concerned
(list enclosed) on or before the date specified above.
On the basis of the results of the Combined Defence Services
Examination (I)-2013 held by the Union Public Service Commission On 17 February,
2013, 9888 candidates with the following Roll Numbers have qualified for being
interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence, for
admission to (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 136th Course commencing in
January, 2014 (ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Course commencing in January,
2014 (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course for 195rd
F(P) Course commencing in January, 2014 (iv) Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai
99th SSC Course (for Men) commencing in April, 2014 and (v) Officers’ Training
Academy, Chennai, 13th SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course commencing in April,
2014.
2. The ratio of candidates shortlisted for the examination per vacancy is
1:18.95
Indian Institutes of Technology are institutions of national

Mandi, Mumbai, Patna, Ropar, Roorkee and Varanasi These institutes, along with
Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad, play a leading role in technological
manpower development. The admissions to the Undergraduate Programmes for the
academic year 2013-2014 for all Indian and Foreign nationals at these
institutions are made through the JEE(Advanced)- 2013 M. Sc. Integrated courses
in pure and applied sciences and M.Tech. Integrated courses in few disciplines
are also offered by many of these institutes. In addition, most institutes offer
Dual Degree M.Tech. programmes where in both B.Tech.and M.Tech. degrees are
awarded at the end of the programme.
Application For Air Force Common Admission Test For Men & Women :
July, 2013
Applications are invited from Female Indian Citizens as per
Citizenship Act 1955 for the following courses commencing in July 2014 for grant
of Short Service Commission in Flying, Technical and Ground Duty Branches.
Flying Officers will be entitled to Pay in Pay Band of Rs
15,600 - 39,100 per month along with Grade Pay, Military Service Pay, Dearness
Allowance, Kit Maintenance Allowance, Transport Allowance. In addition, other
allowances are applicable based on nature of duty / place of posting and would
include Flying Allowance, Technical Allowance, Field Area Allowance, Special
Compensatory (Hill area) Allowance, Special Force Allowance, Siachin Allowance,
Island Special Duty Allowance, Test Pilot & Flight Test Engineer Allowance, Hard
Area Allowance and Remote Locality Allowance. On successful completion of
Training, the newly Commissioned Flying Officers would be entitled to
approximate gross monthly emoluments in different branches including Transport
Allowance of major cities as given below:-
